Takashi Yoshimura, CPM, is the 2022-2025 乐竞体育赛事直播 Japan Vice President. Currently, there are five Japan chapters – East Japan, West Japan, Kyushu, Hokkaido, and Tokai. Yoshimura is Representative Director of N-Asset Berry Co., Ltd., a real estate company that provides property management training, asset consultation, and brokerage across many different areas of property management. N-Asset Berry received its AMO® designation in 2018, and Yoshimura acts as Executive CPM.
With almost 20 years of experience in the industry, Yoshimura has been with N-Asset Berry for more than a decade, specializing in brokerage of investment properties and asset consulting.
Yoshimura received his CPM designation in 2012. He previously served as Chapter President of the 乐竞体育赛事直播 East Japan chapter. He’s also an 乐竞体育赛事直播 instructor, currently teaching FIN402 courses across Japan.
