乐竞体育赛事直播 recently coordinated with its Chapters in Oregon and Washington on two ‘Call to Action’ campaigns to oppose legislation detrimental to the property management industry.
In , members were asked to contact their legislators to oppose a bill that would severely restrict when and how a landlord can evict tenants. In , members reached out to their state representatives to oppose legislation that would enact statewide rent control.
We applaud the efforts of Oregon-Columbia River Chapter President Chris Pasteur, CPM, and Western Washington Chapter Legislative Contact Christy Mays, CPM, for spearheading the outreach in their states.

179D Coalition Letter Adds 乐竞体育赛事直播’s Support
乐竞体育赛事直播 is a part of a coalition of industry stakeholders supporting tax extenders including the 179D Energy-Efficient Commercial Building Deduction. Because many of these tax deductions expired at the end of 2018, we have been working with Congress to create a long-term extension.
Earlier this month 乐竞体育赛事直播, along with 60 other organizations, signed on to a coalition letter to Congress supporting an extension of the 179D deduction.
