Course Description
Doug Brewer has been negotiating contracts with vendors and contractors for 29 years, and in this course, he shares some of his 鈥渢ricks of the trade鈥� for reviewing contracts and negotiating terms as they relate to project costs, proposal evaluations, and even going about asking for a raise or a promotion.

- Understand why knowing the amount of leverage you have vs. the leverage the other guy has is critical to a successful negotiation.
